Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Samaha, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The product is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind, size preference (please check size chart before ordering), or color variations due to screen differences.

Return & Exchange Process

Contact Us at samahabysnm@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you'll receive return instructions.

Ship the item back to us at your cost (unless the error is on our end).

Once received and inspected, we’ll offer:

A replacement (if available), or

A store credit, or
-
A refund (only in approved cases.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued:

If the item is out of stock, or
-
In case of a manufacturing defect we cannot replace
Refund Method:
Refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer (if COD). Please allow 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges or product swaps for eligible items, depending on stock availability. You must ship the original item back to us. Any price difference must be paid in advance.
Courier Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer bears the shipping cost.
